Naturally Soapy Returns Policy

All purchases made online are subject to a 14 day cooling off period. You are entitled to return your items for a refund if done so within this time frame.
All return postage is to be paid by the customer, including when within the 14 day period. Unless an item is proven to be defected or has arrived damaged. In this instance Naturally Soapy will issue a refund in full and provide postage for return of the items.
If an item has arrived damaged or not fit for purpose, proof of this will need to be provided before any refund is issued.
Naturally Soapy reserves the right to refuse a refund after 14 days and/or without any proof of damage.
All return requests should be sent to info@naturallysoapy.com, with your order number in the subject. You will then receive full instructions on how and where to return your package.
